I came here on student visa which expired today. I submitted application for graduate visa 9 days ago which is still pending. Am I still eligible to work?

On student visa, I was allowed to work 20 hours max during term time. Do I still have that restriction even though I’m not a student?

I’m starting a part time job in 3 days and my employer is asking me for right to work documents. How do I prove my right to work?

I’m starting a part time job in 3 days and my employer is asking me for right to work documents. How do I prove my right to work? As you have an ongoing application with the HO, you have same rights as you had before. The online check service can be used by employer.

Thank you. I used the online service to prove my right to work. It’s only showing my current visa and that I have the right to work until the expiry date of that visa. It’s not showing that I have a pending application or continued right to work

ECS will take around 1 week to confirm my right. I have been offered to work for few hours at a new place which will be voluntarily and without pay. Can I work voluntarily until my right to work has been confirmed using ECS?
