Expired BRP Card Issued By Homeoffice

Hi there,
I have applied for my wife to extend her visa through FLR-M, first extension in the uk after intial 2.5 years,
we have applied on 29/05/2022, gave biometrics on 23/06/2022 and we have had the email from Gov.uk to confirm that visa application is being successful on 10/07/2022 and your permission to stay in the UK is until 02/2022???
how strange is that you apply in june and get visa for expired period?

Any advise please how to contact them and what can be done please?

It might have been a typo. Wait till you get your BRP first.

I have just received BRP today and unfortunately it's states the same up there too.
issue date 10/07/2022
and expiry date is 07/02/2022??

I have just had a reply from BRP unit to say,
thank you for contacting BRP team for a possible error, your case is been referred to a case worker and he/she will be in touch in due course.
Please communicate with case worker directly if is any queries!

Has anyone had the similar email or issues!

Hi,

I had similar thing.. I was granted 2 months leave instead of 3 years. I applied for administrative review and got it corrected.
