Hi, I have recently completed my M.Sc. and working as a part time. My employer is happy to sponsor me for 5 years as a full time employee. But i was not able to do much work due to studies and paid uni fee so i am have nothing in my pocket at the moment so i unable to pay for fees and ihs etc

I have 4 dependents with me. My question is

Can i myself apply for 5 years visa but my dependents apply for just 2 years visa. It will just save me money and after 2 years dependents can apply for extension. Please let me know if it is possible ? Thank you in advance.

Dependents will get the same length of visa as you do. You cannot choose to pay for less time.

Why not ask your employer for a shorter CoS duration?

My current student visa is expiring in February 2023 but I have completed my studies and free from uni now. My employer wants me to join as a full time employee from January 2023. My questions is

Intilalay, can I apply just for myself as a super priority visa and after the decision I can apply for my dependents as well as their visa is still valid till February 2023 or we all need to apply together. I’m just trying to arrange some money. TIA.
