I understand that all BRP expire on 31/12/2024 and UKVI will advise on early 2024 as to how to proof the residency digitally.
My questions:
1.My BRP expires on 31/12/2024, does it mean I don't have to do anything and UKVI will advise me when time comes? Correct, before the time
2.My BRP stated "Place and date issue": UK 17/3/2021. Does it mean my ILR started on 17/3/2021? and thereafter I must not be absent from the UK for more than 2 consecutive years ? Absence of 2 years leads to lows of the ILR status
3.On an annual basis, the ratio of living overseas vs UK may be 80% overseas vs 20% UK, and I will make sure i wont be absent from UK for more than 2 consecutive years. If this is my plan and continues for the next 9 years, 9 years later, would I face the risk of UKVI revoking my ILR as my digital proof of residency in the UK will show that I only have 2 to 3 months in the UK every year?
Thanks a lot.
Ben
If you won't be in the country for two years at any point, you lose your ILR.benhuang wrote: ↑Mon Oct 24, 2022 10:30 pmHi AmazonianX,

Regarding to my Q2, what so you mean by "Absence of 2 years leads to lows of the ILR status" ?
Thank you.

Ben
