New job offer, help needed.

Post by Belfastbowler » Thu Nov 03, 2022 10:29 am

Hi guys,

I currently work in Northern Ireland and have an apartment. I am planning to get married early next year and bring my wife here from Vietnam. I have had a job offer in England which provides accommodation for people who work there. My question is if I am working in England and flying back and forth to Northern Ireland would this effect the spouse visa application because of having the apartment in NI and not England?
In time we could find our own accommodation in England but just do not want to ruin our visa chances.

It won't have a negative effect. Series of members have successfully applied or applied for their spouse's while having 2 addresses

The spouse visa is for The United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland, not for England. You can live in any of the 4 countries and still not jeopardise your chances of getting the spouse visa issued.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
