Urgent - Spouse Visa Document Query

Post by Aditya7890 » Mon Nov 07, 2022 2:43 pm

Hello Friends,

I am an ILR holder in the UK and my wife will be joining me in the UK, for that she is filling out an application.

We are at the declaration stage of the application and the list of required document seems much less than what I’ve been reading on forums.

Currently, the application shows below required document:
Applicant’s passport
ECCTIS letter,
Degree certificate,
TB result,
marriage certificate,
sponsors (mine) passport copy & ILR BRP

I can provide below documents (from the UK) to support her application however these are not mentioned anywhere in the application:

Employment letter,
salary slips,
rent agreement,
bank statement,
sponsorship letter ( sample pdf on gov.uk site)
council tax,
utility bills,
wedding photos
Should I add above documents which are available but not required as per the application?

Please advise.

Appreciate your quick response on this.

Thank you!
