Thank you so much for your assistance. What is the status of the application? If one cannot obtain an appointment sooner? How long will it remain valid? Would they deny the application based on this? Hopefully they comprehend the situation regarding the difficulties of scheduling an appointment.
You need to attend an appointment within 45 days of applying, but it is your responsibility to attend one in that timeframe. If you can travel, you might be able to access an earlier appointment.

Hi, I attempted to monitor the availability of appointments yesterday from the time you instructed me to do so until after 1am and again this morning from 9am till now, still nothing.

on Saturday, I did the same thing, staying awake, monitoring the system, but when I logged in a few minutes later, the message "No available appointment" appeared. I am simultaneously beginning to wonder and becoming very concerned, Or have they changed what time the appointments are shown?

Is there a way to send them an email to inquire about this? Could it be an issue with the website? If that fails, except for calling UKVCAS (which is a paid number) or trying other centres further away, I am afraid there isn't much else that can be done.

Consider that people may cancel appointments during the day so they might become available at random times, but new slots are generally released at midnight and 9am to my knowledge.

I have recently been invited to use the UKVCAS IDv app, however I am unable to access it. Could I instead book my appointment through the UKVCAS website? Is optional for me? or mandatory to use the app?

Did you download the app? Clear your cache or try different browsers?
If you plainly dont want to use the app, As per check you can opt out of using IDV app.

If your phone is compatible with the app, you can use it, but if you'd rather not you can also book an appointment. The app saves you a trip!

How long does the Home Office take to respond to a citizenship application submitted on October 10? Would they email you?

If you clicked submit, then that's all the authentication you get.

Hi,

Could someone please inform me which documents must be sent to the Home Office in order to get a first British passport? And how long before I hear from the Home Office once my dentist has confirmed my identity?

All uncancelled passports and your naturalisation certificate. Assuming you have attended your citizenship ceremony?? For passports, you send them to HMPO not home office.

Passport applications take 6 to 10 weeks. HMPO processes passports not home office.

Thank you for your prompt answer. However, I was informed that my dentist must confirm my identity before they can send me an address to send the documents to. How long do I have to wait to receive a message from them stating that this stage of having someone confirm my identity has been completed?

Have you attended your citizenship ceremony??

The online form should tell you where to send the documents after you have paid.

Yes, I have been to the Ceremony, and I have been given a certificate of naturalisation. I filled out a passport request form online, and there was a place on the form where they want someone to confirm my identity. After that, they will send me an address to send my passport to. A doctor, dentist, GP, pharmacist etc I had my dentist do mine, and he sent them what he did. Now I'm waiting to hear back from them to see if they accepted the confirmation my dentist did and tell me where to send my documents. So, my question is how long do they take to get back to you after your identity has been confirmed by the person they wanted to confirm it?

Hi,

When must I return my ILR to the Home Office in order to avoid a fine?

The paperwork you got at your ceremony would have told you. It is 5 days after your ceremony to rerun your brp!

Thank you so much for responding. 5 days or 5 working days? when then is it due? When is the cut-off date for sending it after January 24, 2023?
