Dependent Visa Approval mail for one child and not for other

I applied for a UK Dependent Visa from India for myself and two kids. Today I got an approval mail from UKVI for myself and for one of my kid, but didn't receive it for the other one.

What could be the issue, has anyone faced such thing before?

Wait to get decision on the other, the delay does not mean its an issue.
