Hi Members
While filling up the form i could see they are asking for the below consents.
Declaration of consent for the Home Office to request verification checks
Declaration of third party consent for joint bank or utility account holders
Both the forms are one and the same. Do I have to submit them twice?
1)One signed form by my wife and myself for Declaration of consent for the Home Office to request verification checks.
2)Another signed form by my wife and myself for Declaration of third party consent for joint bank or utility account holders
Will it suffice if I just submit one set of forms rather than two.
Kindly Clarify.

Hi Members
Few more queries
1)Do I have to provide any proof of absence for my wife who is a dependent applicant?
2)I had changed company under tier 2 general visa. Had travelled to home country on two occasions for a period of 10 days once and another for two days. This travel took place during 2018 and 2019 while with the previous employer. I do not have any absence letter from my previous employer. Are there any other options for us to provide the evidence other than employer letter. Can I submit boarding pass along with a covering letter explaining that there is no response from my previous employer?
3)I had travelled back to my home country to switch over from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 general visa .
The visa was issued on 14/12/2017 and I entered UK on 30th Dec 2017.How should I show the above absence? I am entering the date as 30/12/2017 for my entry date .Can I show the above absence under the question where it is asking about the period I lived outside UK?

Repeating same doesnt make you get a response faster. This is not an on demand service. When someone with the appropriate knowledge comes across your questions you will get a response.

Hi Members
1)Is the below approach acceptable for consent section of the Set O Form.
Consent Part 1
Form 1 signed by the main applicant and form 2 signed by the dependent.
Consent Part 2
Form 1 signed by the dependent and form 2 signed by the main applicant .
Consent Part 3
To be uploaded as Not applicable.
2)In the absence of letter from the previous employer on the leave taken, can we submit boarding passes and e-tickets. Are they acceptable?
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Dear Moderators
My wife had travelled on the visa granted on 14/12/2017.I switched my employer and got Tier 2 visa on 20/1/2020.She had not travelled on the visa granted in 20/01/2020.
Given the above for the below question should i answer Y/N since all her travel had been on the visa granted in 2017 only .
''Have you had any absences from the UK during any leave granted since 11 January 2018?''
For the below question i am answering Yes as i got my visa under new employer in 2020.
Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
Could you advise please.

Dear Moderators
I am adding my dependent child as well in my ILR application. For the consent form
1.Part 1 -Signed by me stating signed on behalf of Child Name.
2.Part 2-Signed by me
3.part3 -marked as N/A
Is the above approach acceptable.
And also on parental responsibility I am ticking both mother and father.
Is that fine.
Please help.

Dear Moderator
Thanks for your response.
One more query on the co habitation proof.
I am planning to submit the below for the past 2.5 years
Water Bills(Current Property)
Council tax Bills(Current and previous property)
Utility Bills(Current Property)
Will the above be sufficient .Do I need to submit mortgage statement.
Mortgage is only in my wife's name, hence not sure whether I can submit or not.
Kindly help.

Dear Moderators
Need some guidance on how to capture the below absence.
I entered UK in Sep 2016 as Tier 2 ICT dependent.
Went back to home country for a switch over to Tier 2 General(Dec 2017).
I was in home country between 3rd Dec until 29th Dec 2017 for making the switch over application.
Can I capture the above absence under the question ''Have you lived in any other country?'' when i am applying for my ILR now.
During the above period my Tier 2 ICT dependent visa was still available until i got my Tier 2 General visa approved.
Any help/guidance will be very helpful.
Confused about how to capture the above absence.
Thanks !

Your qualifying period starts from Tier 2 General issue date. What do you mean by capturing the absence ??

Dear Moderator
My question is whether i have to capture the period between 3rd Dec 2017 until 29th Dec 2017.
It was the period i had gone back to home country for a switch over to Tier 2 General(Main) from Tier 2 ICT dependent visa.

I ask again: what do you mean by capture ??? Your absences should only be counted from Tier 2 General issue date and onwards. Time spent between issue and first arrival doe snot need to be declared on the form

Dear Moderator
I had travelled to home country for a switch over from Tier 2 ICT dependent visa into Tier 2 General visa as a main applicant.
My query is do i have to mention my stay there in my home country between 3rdDec 2017 to 13th Dec 2017 under the below question
''Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?''
My Tier 2 General visa was issued on 14th Dec .
I am not going to capture the time between issue date and entry date(14th Dec to 29th Dec 2017).
I entered back into UK on 30th Dec 2017 under Tier 2 General Visa.
Please help.

That question has nothing to do with your absences. You seem to be confusing yourself. There is no need to capture anything, whatever that means

Thanks
I will stop my details with the date before I entered uk under tier 2 ICT visa .
After that date I assume to be living in UK .
Ideally my visit to home country for visa switch over does not matter as I am still holding tier 2 ict dependent visa at that time.

Dear Moderators
With reference to Co-habitation.
For the period of two years(Nov 2020 until Oct 2022) i have below mentioned Co habitation documents.
Water Bills
Utility Bills
Council Tax Bills
Mortgage Statements
However for the period prior to 2 years (Feb 2020 to Oct 2020) have only council tax bills to prove co habitation.
Is this a cause of concern. We do not have joint bank account so it will be statements from two different banks.
Am i over thinking and hopefully period for 2 years should be enough to cover co habitation.
Please comment.
Regards
K
