Please note that we anticipate it may take up to 20 days for your legal representative’s office to receive your passport.

When I applied FLR FP for my partner third Extension in 2020 got a decision after 8 weeks of doing biometric.

Im Born and bought up in UK British Citizen with Two kids who are born in UK.

Snice this is last extention 10 years would be done then after apply for ILR.

This is for my Partner I dont go to solicitor I do application my self first application was done by Solicitor only.

Some people have problems is not application problem is how much evidence we give every letter that comes in my name or my partners name I keep.

Then I submit what they have asked for and give more evidence as possible more the better rather then less cause they might ask you if you have missed what they have asked for.

DO NOT THROW ANY LETTERS IN YOUR NAME OR PARTNERS NAME KEEP THEM.

Did you know your Smartphone is a scanner

I use "Microsoft Lens - PDF Scanner"
https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... officelens this app is also available for idiot-phone and ipad users

I scanned all of my documents using the app last time and submitted.

If anyone needs help or guidance Im willing to help.

God has finally done it

Application base on 7years old child born in uk as a single mother

Application submitted—15 July 2021
Biometric enrol— 17 August 2021
Application granted— 8 December 2022
Biometric receive—- still waiting

Finally granted after 17months, I requested for early indefinite leave to remain for my child because she’s now 8years in August2022 and this is their reply.

You are requesting early ILR for your daughter, in order to facilitate this, you will need to submit a new PAID application as ILR applications are not fee waiver applicable. The current fee for ILR applications is £2400.

This information has already been communicated to your representative.

I pray everyone waiting will get their good news soon too🙏🙏🙏

But After, I wait 10 working days but no news from Home Office for my Passport, then I applied online returned my documents option, its says wait 10 working days if you did not received it then go to link to ask home office to check progress, when I send applied for progress for my documents its says wait 10 working days. I am sorry no news after 10 days.

I called home office the link still in active you can not get help, then i send email to my MP and after that call him, he promised me he will try to call home office my coming Monday and will update me.

To Home office Complaint department send me email that they posted my passport 2nd class from 13th of Dec, 2022 so there is no tracking, and due to royal mail industrial strike, this will delay.

I hope I will get my documents next week some time. In Shaa Allah ( if God Wills) Ameen

I will update all of you as soon as i will received i my documents, this is such a pain full time for everyone whore are waiting from more then 15 months.

The email address I used to contact home office is

Hello people,

I have received the decision for my first extension today. I applied for a fee waiver and submitted the application doing it myself, did not use solicitor. Its for a FLR FP private life. This is my first extension.

I was also granted the right to apply for the benefits and services, something we didn't have for the first 2.5 years.

My timeline below :

Fee waiver application : 01/2022
Fee waiver accepted : 03/2022
Extension application: 04/222
Application accepted: 01/2023

To Him must be the glory Amen!

If anyone can help I think there's something wrong though. The caseworker mentioned I was accepted under the 10 year route and that would take me to 2025. However, I've been on this route since 2019. It seems to me they've treated this as a feat application which is no the case. I used the form for extension and I have also mentioned throughout the application and in a form of a letter to the caseworker that this was an extension, they should have considered the 2.5 years plus the 8 months wait for decision, am I correct?

Things seem to me be moving faster now, hope you all will get yours soon. Keep the faith!

Congratulations and Amen as for the 10 year even after your third extension it will say you are on a 10 route unless rules change it just describe the path you are on for settlement

Thank you CStone!

Here's what the caseworker has written on his decision.

''You have been granted permission to stay in the United Kingdom (UK) as
a Family Member under the Immigration Rules on the parent 10-year route
to settlement.
You do not meet the requirements for the route you applied for under the family
and private life rules and I have considered whether you meet the requirements
of any other family or private life route and decided you do and you have
therefore been granted permission as a parent on the 10-year route to
settlement.
You meet the requirements of the parent route because I am satisfied a refusal
would lead to unjustifiably harsh consequences and would breach your right to
respect for private and family life under Article 8 of the European Convention of
Human Rights (EHCR).
This is because you have a genuine parental relationship with your British child,
and it would be unreasonable to expect them to leave the UK.''

You have been granted permission to stay in the UK for 30 months until 17 July 2025

So this is it then, the 10 year route info will always show as you said. For a minute I thought they were actually starting the 10 years again from scratch without considering the fact that I have been on it for 2.5 years + 9 months.

Thank you!
