Hi Hasan,
i remeber that we have to send the application for withdrawal in fax to ukba.i coudnt locate it now in the ukba website.

i suggest you to give a call to contact center 0870 606 7766 timings: 9AM To 4:30 PM and get the details from them

So call them and get your passport and docs back.
