IHS Refund Query

Hi guys, my husband and I will be applying for the spouse visa this year. I currently am on the graduate visa and have paid my IHS charge until 2024 July.
Just wanted to ask if there was a way to either get a refund on the IHS I already paid for the graduate visa or would I need to pay again for the Spouse visa?

You will have to pay again for the spouse visa. You could request a refund of the overlapping IHS paid.
