1. Bank Statements of both myself and my wife covering the last 2 years - Shwon as a proof of address You need to show more than just bank statements for evidence of cohabitation from at least 3 different sources.
2. My wage slips for the last 1 year showing I earn more than £20 k last 6months payslips with corresponding account statements suffices
3. A letter from my Employer Good
4. UK Naric Certificate from 2019 showing I have level B1 based on my degree Good
5. Our Child's Birth Certificate good
Our child is British, I suppose we do not need to show extra income? Correct
It is still very much acceptable as it was assessed as meeting the requirement and as you stated B1 no need for another. The change of name does not invalidate it.MN01 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 02, 2022 8:39 pmHi,I need some guidance here.I got my english language assessment from UK NARIC in 2019 when applying for spouse visa and got a b1 level. Now my visa is expiring soon and I want to apply for visa extension. Is my old assessment still valid as the NARIC is now called ECCTIS? Or do I need to get my assessment again?
Was it statement of compatibility back in 2019? I believe in later days of NARIC they introduced blue and red routes, and only red route was accepted for such applications. Not sure what was your case back then.AmazonianX wrote: ↑Sun Oct 02, 2022 8:59 pmIt is still very much acceptable as it was assessed as meeting the requirement and as you stated B1 no need for another.
