Spouse Visa Extension

Post by MN01 » Mon Sep 12, 2022 1:49 am

I would be applying for an extension of my wife's visa. Can someone please confirm if I need anything other than the following documents:

1. Bank Statements of both myself and my wife covering the last 2 years - Shwon as a proof of address
2. My wage slips for the last 1 year showing I earn more than £20 k
3. A letter from my Employer
4. UK Naric Certificate from 2019 showing I have level B1 based on my degree
5. Our Child's Birth Certificate

Our child is British, I suppose we do not need to show extra income?

2. My wage slips for the last 1 year showing I earn more than £20 k last 6months payslips with corresponding account statements suffices
3. A letter from my Employer Good
4. UK Naric Certificate from 2019 showing I have level B1 based on my degree Good
5. Our Child's Birth Certificate good

Our child is British, I suppose we do not need to show extra income? Correct
Other documents as generated and required as you go along in filling the application.

Hi,I need some guidance here.I got my english language assessment from UK NARIC in 2019 when applying for spouse visa and got a b1 level. Now my visa is expiring soon and I want to apply for visa extension. Is my old assessment still valid as the NARIC is now called ECCTIS? Or do I need to get my assessment again?

It is still very much acceptable as it was assessed as meeting the requirement and as you stated B1 no need for another. The change of name does not invalidate it.

Is it ok to use pay slips as a proof of address for living relationship?

It can be used, make this clear by uploading it in same section as other cohabitation evidence. If for month not under consideration for meeting financial requirements a note thatbit should not be confused for such may be important

Was it statement of compatibility back in 2019? I believe in later days of NARIC they introduced blue and red routes, and only red route was accepted for such applications. Not sure what was your case back then.
