On 18th May 2022 received an email Biometrics not submitted. UKCAS confirmed Biometrics successfully received and no further action required. Submitted complaint to UKCAS and then to UKVI. Got an automatic response that they will reply on 20 days. Still waiting.

It been 9 month since we applied and no answers.
I emailed HO few times and the answer is always the generic one as "we are sorry its in process"

Emailed them again and got this answer
The applications have been submitted for consideration under Section 3(1), currently our policies for consideration under Section 3(1) are under review.



Until we have been given updates for these policies we are unable to complete the considerations of the applications and we have no time frame for when this review will be completed.

22/08/2022 - Home office accepted the mistake over 22/08/2022 but inform that the decision was taken on 17 th August 2022 by home.office staff so birth registration cert is issued. Hense complained is closed with further action.

No action is take to avoid such issue for future applicant.
