Spouse visa requirement

Good day everyone ! IMy husband is a French citizen and he holds settled status in the UK . I am a dentist in India and I am also planning of giving dental license exam (ORE) in the UK . May I know the requirements to apply for spouse visa and also about EEA family permit . Thank you in advance !!!.

I got married on 10 th November 2021 . Can I apply with 3 months payslip of my husband for spouse visa?

Eea family permit doesn't apply to you. You can only apply for a spouse visa.

No, it is mandatory to submit 6 months payslips and 6 months corresponding bank statements plus a letter from employer for a spouse visa.

You also need to do the A1 English test and he needs to provide proof of adequate accommodation.

Good day everyone , my husband has started working in the UK from December , before that he was working in India .He is French citizen with settled status in the UK . we got married on 10/11/2021 . We are planning to apply for my spouse visa in march .As on march we will be having 3 months payslip , can we apply under CATEGORY B of financial requirements.can anyone please explain me about this .
