ILR outside the country

Hi All,

My wife she is on ILR and I am british citizen.
She stepped out the country on 24-02-2021 its almost 2 years...
before what date she has to be back in the country to avoid returning visa process? for e.g. if she back on 20th Feb then is it okay?

when can she apply for british citizenship once she is back.

when can she apply for british citizenship once she is back. Another 3 years from when she enters back. If she meets the residency requirements then. As she currently has no hope of meeting it as things currently stands.
