Dependant partner (health and care visa) extension when main applicant is on ILR

Good evening guys,

I hope some one can help me with my question please.

I am preparing my application for dependant partner extension. My husband is on ILR now, he was previously on health and care visa, when filling in application for my visa extension it asks if my partner qualify for health and care visa, do I select YES as his COS was for health and care visa, or should i select NO as he is on ILR now..

I'll really appreciate kind advice.
