Skilled worker dependent visa - ILR

Hi there,

I am on Tier 2 (Skilled worker) visa and my partner is on a skilled worker-dependent visa for last 2.5 years.

Now her company is ready to sponsor her skilled worker visa.

My question is - if she switches from skilled worker-dependent to skilled worker visa, would the clock reset for calculation of time in UK for ILR ?

Yes; skilled worker and PBS dependent are 2 different categories.
