Is it required to have a sponsorship to switch to skilled worker visa?
Could you please list the requirement?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, you need a ukvi approved employer to switch to skilled worker visa. They have to assign a Certificate of a sponsorship to you before you can even apply for a visa. You can only work for the employer who sponsors you. You cannot be self employed or do contract work.

Given your posting and immigration history, you know all of this already!!

So is this true,
if a employer can sponsor me, I can switch from Senior or Specialist Worker visa (Global Business Mobility) to Skilled Worker visa.

Do I need to reprint Naric to Ecctis

Post by t2ictquery » Mon Feb 20, 2023 2:26 pm

Hi,
I've obtained Naric in 2019 through Visa and Nationality Service category wih a C1 compatible. I'm going to apply Skilled Worker Visa this year, so can I use the same certificate for my English proficiency?
