Accomdation.requirement for child visa

I & my wife have ILR. My 4 month old daughter was born abroad. We are now looking to apply for family visa for my daughter. We are currently renting an apartment together with my sister in law family. It is a 3 bedroom 1 living room apartment & only 4 of us live there. What kind of proof do I need to provide to meet the accomodation proof requirement?

Is this the adopted child you asked about in 2021 year to get a PBS Dependent visa for?

We were considering adoption but then we dropped the plan and had our own. They were born outside UK after we got ILR.

Any input on this? Would be very grateful if someone can provide any suggestion on the proof I would have to submit for accomodation for child visa in my case
