I want to receive the docs back by Courier

I want to receive the docs back by Courier, I asked on the cover letter to be informed when my docs are due to return so I can make the necessary arrangements for a courier pick up. Is it enough? Will they see it? Do I need to send an e-mail about it too? or maybe call them?

as you would have seen in this forum, it is only people who atr tenacious and dogged that gets a positive result al least 80% of them
