Its now been 3 to 4 weeks since i sent the vetting invitation back to the department but so far i haven't received any e vetting email ? I am curious if they got the email right as nothing in the spam folder even? Does it take so long for sn e vetting email ?

for some people it took a month or more so you are not alone on this.

For my friend's application they eventually resent the e-vetting invitation after around 6 months of no email. And no responses to questions about when the email might arrive.

After the invitation was resent the e-vetting proceeded as normal.

Ceremony dates are out . 19 and 20th June 2023z hopefully majority of 2021 applications will be processed . Fingers crossed

I still don't see any timeline for people who applied in Nov 21 and received Garda vetting invitation. I am still in dec-22 slot and have still not received any Garda vetting invitation

Applied in May, 21. Non-EU and Wife of Irish Citizen with 5 years residency and 2 Irish kids. eVetting do e many months back. Got FOI and no issues with anything, just waiting for decision. Anyone in same boat?

Very similar for me. Applied in Feb 21. Non-EU Husband of Irish citizen. Just over 3 years residency at time of application. 2 Irish kids, one born in the UK and one born here. Have not yet done FOI.

There were November approvals back in the day, like this one, so I guess they stopped halfway.
Also I assume you mean Dec 21, as per timeline.

I'd expect the opposite, since it goes in CMU1 queue with EU nationals, who tend to move along faster.

Have you thought about FOI request? No harm in doing that. Just send an email with your ID and details to FOI department
