10 years ban with cos from nhs

Post by Anonymous100290 » Sun Feb 12, 2023 9:30 pm

Hello
This is about my visit visa 10 year ban.

I applied for visitor visa is September and got refused with 10 year refusal due to fraudulent documents.

I applied for skilled work visa with CoS as I’m a GMC registered doctor from India with the cover letter from my side and from my previous solicitor.

Unfortunately they did not allow any discretion and did not listen to any of my arguments.

I want to apply for administrative review but I’m not sure if my case has any solid ground.

I assure you I'm new to UK and I'm not aware of the rules and regulations but I’m in a profession that's based on trust and I have worked very hard to get till here. I feel really disheartened that I’m facing the consequences where its not my fault

I informed the trust that i got CoS from and they understand that they will not withdraw the CoS.

What should I do now?

The 10 year ban applies to all visas to the UK.

How is it not your fault if you used and submitted fraudulent documents for a visitor visa?

Ignorance of the rules is not excuse unfortunately. You lied, you got caught, you have a 10 year ban.

Because I came to uk as a dependent on my husband’s visa for which my father helped me. I had to leave uk because of my health emergency. Then I got a observership from nhs so I asked my fathers help he then arrange funds then I applied and this happened. My whole career and life is on the line. 😢 solicitor is helping me he’s saying that he can do admin review.

I want to get out of this, it’s affecting me a lot physically and mentally. I’ve worked 10 years for this and because of my father my whole life is ruined 😢

What were the fraudulent documents submitted?

There are other countries you can go to.

Also, admi review is for when you believe the Home Office made a mistake, it is not an appeal process. In thecase of the skilled worker visa refusal, they did not make a mistake as you ha e a ban.

They were funds documents.

I don’t think I can go anywhere with this ban on me 😢

And I made a plan for uk my whole life. I’m suffering a lot because of this. How can I think about other countries.
Please help me 😢

come on if you’re an indian and any close to actually being a doctor then stay in india or leave for some better economy like canada australia or something.. indian economy is booming while uk is on downfall anyways.. chill dude and wait for admin review if all goes thru otherwise go for greener pastures elsewhere..

all trades are on pay rise strikes in this country..

no harm in applying.. don’t take advises(threats) here too seriously. these and home office are not perfect just try to appear so.
i would recommend making applications to usa canada and australia with confidence. otherwise go to middle east i know so many people who tho moved to uk but were earning handsomely in gulf already

Getting a 10 year ban to the UK doesn't mean you can't visit another country. It's strictly for the UK.
Make sure you check your documents next time someone helps you process it.

If you're travelling across boarders, and someone helps you pack your bag and puts drugs in it. Trust me, you'd be the one to go to jail not the person.

The onus is on you to protect yourself from enemies, both foreign and domestic (hypothetically speaking).
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
