Urgent: Sponsor change of address during spouse visa application

Hi,

My wife has applied for spouse visa from outside the UK and I am a British citizen and her sponsor.

In the application, we have provided my current UK address (along with the flat inspection report etc), however my tenancy ends in 2 months and I can not renew my tenancy due to high rent. Hence, I wish to move to a new flat/address after the end of tenancy. 

Will this be OK from my wife’s spouse visa application?

In other words, Can a sponsor change his address while the applicant’s spouse visa is in progress?

I will be really grateful if you treat this query as urgent and can spare a few mins to answer.

You can change address, however to make it easier for you endeavour there is means for you to get the letter from the old address.

Which letter are you referring to? As I understand, the BRP needs to be collected from the local post office and does not gets posted to the sponsor's address.

The earlier response applies to in-country application e.g. FLRM.
