IHS number for child is not getting generated

Hi I just submitted the application for my child , but the IHS number did not get generated, i paid the visa application fee.
I tried twice , first time when the IHS for my child who is 7 1/2 years age, i cancelled and recreated the application. But still the amount was shown zero and when i proceed with it is seems the IHS number is not updated.
This is for FM Child visa that i applied for my child as am in uk as british.
My wife is applying for the FM Partner visa at the same time and for her visa the IHS and fees was shown and i was able to pay the fees.
I did choose no for the fee waviers for the child.
Is there any IHS fees that i need to pay for the child?

Can you please let me know what to do. Can i add a cover letter to explain the issue and say that i am ready to pay any fees and could pay due to system error and was shown zero amount and didn't generate the IHS number either? Please advice.

Except if it has changes, child applicant don't get to pay for IHS at the point of application. After submitting the form and at some point in the future you will be sent a code to use in making the IHS payment for the child.
