IHS refunded after visa granted and BRP received

Hi all,
I have applied to my wife for spouse visa and the applic was granted and she came to the UK normally . Now the problem is the home office have refunded the IHS to me and I have no idea why !!! Please if anyone have any. Idea to advise me .

Hi,
No, none of us works as healthcare or with NHS. I tried to find my wife right to to work status through the home office website it gives me there is no record about her!!??

Hi,
No, none of us works as healthcare or with NHS. I tried to find my wife right to to work status through the home office website it gives me there is no record about her!!?? It appears there is a glitch in the system and acknowledged, hope her BRP is showing valid till 31.12.2024? if her employer needs this, they should ask HO for manual check.

Yes it was received full amount of IHS

Don't think it's a windfall, you may want to clarify what the situation is with Home Office.
IHS full refund do happen automatically only when application's refused.

No we can’t even find her status on the home office website like before everything disappeared!!! I called this morning for the share code they’ve told me that there is any leave for her which make so confused!!!!

They told me via phone while we check the right or work that there is no any type of leave and the website says the same !!! she just 1 month from the first entry to the UK

Contact HO and inform of situation.
Lodge a complaint to HO.
