The funds should still be there on the day you submit the applications. Also to err on side if caution if in your shoes I won't touch said funds till the outcome of the applications.YouKTier wrote: ↑Mon Feb 20, 2023 6:53 pmHi all, I intend to apply for family visa for my spouse & children based outside the UK. I intend to use the cashing savings option to meet the financial requirement. The required savings will have been in the bank account from 7th September 2022 to 6th March 2023. This makes it 181 days. On the 6th March i have to move the money and I intend to submit the visa application before the 20th March 2023. So based on the explained scenario will I be in a safe position in terms of meeting the 6 months requirement?. Kindly advice.
I get your point although the guidance isn't clear about the funds being there at the time of application or until an outcome has been decided. Better be safe than sorry so thank youAmazonianX wrote: ↑Tue Feb 21, 2023 1:41 amThe funds should still be there on the day you submit the applications.
