hi:
i am a PR resident, me and my girlfriend would like to get married early next year before her visa expired, at that time i will be her sponser for her spouce visa. however, due to the high living cost in london, we currently living separately and we, each live in our relative's home. we plan to move together after we get married, so we can save some money towards our home in 1 year.
i went through home office website, i see that to get the spouse visa , we have to submit some form of relationship evidence, which needs to be:
1. a marriage certificate or civil partnership certificate
2. a tenancy agreement, utility bills or council tax bills confirming that you live at the same address or pay bills together
3. a bank statement from a joint bank account, or confirming that you live at the same address
4. a letter from your doctor or dentist confirming that you live at the same address
i do understand that most couple will live together at the same address, so above requiements are easy for them. but we are in a different situation, so we might not able to submit documents required in 2nd section.
after we get married, can we submit other evidence documents, like the marriage certificate with other evidence, like photos and possibly joint account statement?
would these evidence sufficient to get her the visa?
I also heard that before submit the spouce visa application, we have to live together for at least 6 moths. is this true?
any advice will be very appreiciated.
