If this was performed in the UK, it is likely not recognised as a marriage.
This is irrelevant really.marriage was performed outside the uk. she came here as dependent and became naturalised citizen. All kids born in the uk.
Not an immigration matter. Consult a lawyer as it depends on your divorce settlement/agreement.so in case of divorce would she get 50% of all assets including house?
There is a massive difference between a marriage abroad being recognised by the UK and a marriage being registered in the UK, i.e conducted in the UK by a UK Official. They are NOT the same thing.so if marriage is not automatically registered then what's the status for uk law. in quite a few forms filled out for various utilities etc. companies she was disclosed as 'wife'.
