Hi there guys,

Was wondering if UT cost extra money and if me attending a wedding in Australia is a good enough reason

Also can I apply or start an application without a passport? I'm still in the process in applying for my passport

Lastly, what is the waiting time looking like for new Tier 1 applications from New Zealand - does it get processed in HO in the UK or locally in NZ?
