Self employment spouse visa help needed

Hi,
I am self employment (Taxi Driver) and I am submitting my tax return for 21-22. I am in the middle of doing the spouse visa application form for my wife. There is a question I am not sure how to answer on the form? Details of my future employment in the Uk and do I have a confirmed offer of employment in the UK starting within 3 months of their return?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Presumably you are self employed WITHIN the UK. The above ONLY applies if you wish to use overseas income and are currently overseas with a confirmed job offer within 3 months of arriving in the UK.

Thank you for the Instant response. Yes, that's correct I am self employed with in the Uk.
Now the question is How do I skip this question on the form?
Question outlines;
Does xxxxxx (myslef) have a confirmed offer of employment in the UK starting within 3 months of their return? with an option Yes and No.

Do I untick No then?

We don't have sight of the questions in the online form. Was there a previous questions asking if you are in the overseas country or relying on overseas income etc.

This question appears not to apply to you as per what you wrote up there. Go back and check previous questions on the form, seems you answered one incorrectly.

No there isn't any question about overseas income etc in the form.

Pervious question was :-Please provide the end date of the last financial year, or if a director of a specified limited company, then provide the end date of the company's last financial year.

I put down the date 5 April 2022 may be that's causing the issue. The reason being, I put down the date 5 April 2022 is as the tax year hasn't ended for 2023 yet.
