I am British national. The visa is partnership visa.CR001 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 07, 2023 5:16 pmWhat visa exactly are they applying for?
What is your uk immigration status?
For a child from another relationship, your partner will have to prove sole responsibility, see link below. If consent from the father is required, then she doesn't have sole responsibility.

If you are making spouse visa application, proof of shared accommodation is not required.portal13 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 10, 2023 1:12 amHi all,
In the process of doing a spouse visa application.
Girlfriend stayed with me for few months and she had a couple statements sent to my address, but as those banks are more "e-money institutions" they cannot sign or stamp this documentation.
Will it still be valid?
What would constitute good enough evidence outside of that?
I can imagine it's not uncommon for people to live together then decide later to sort partnership without any evidence of having lived together. What would be their options then?
Thanks

Helpful if you can state your immigration history and immigration history of your wife and is this application to be made in UK or from outside UK?
