Visiting again for 1months in a year

Post by Nambi440 » Sat Apr 01, 2023 8:50 pm

Hello, I'm a 53 year old , businessman from India. I have 3 children 1 in the Uk and 2 in India. I visited my son in the uk last year and we miss our grandson a want to visit again for a month in may 2023.

1.In the visa application form last year we(me and my wife) mentioned 30 day visit to see and live with my son, but since the ticket were too expensive(>£1500) for our written dates we changed the dates to I think 50 day stay and came back. Will this effect my current visa exact same document list or do i explain change of circumstances during last visit?

2. In my absence my daughter who is married and lives in different city visits my office every often to oversee important aspects of my buisness and I handle most over phone calls these days as some of my employees handle day to day activities of the buisness. do I need to add this in my cover letter and get a letter from my daughter confirming this ?

Will this effect my current visa not necessarily, plans do change exact same document list or do i explain change of circumstances during last visit? Stick to similar ways and docs you used in securing last visa

Do you have a long term visit visa or reapplying for new visit visa?

I previously had 6 months visitor visa. Now I'm thinking to apply in april for a 2 year visitor visa.

OK, show that you won't be a public charge, strong ties to home country and just same line like for previous successful application and you should be fine.
