Visitor visa after refusal

Post by Saibaba2208 » Thu Mar 30, 2023 10:15 am

Hi team
My parents visitor visa was refused earlier in 2020 due to financial and home ties were not proved
And now we are planning to do the visa and my mom earns agriculture income
And my father gets money in rents all this are in cash transactions and don’t have any bank statements

And another thing was family in UK
We didn’t mention my brother name as was thought only filling details of where they were staying in UK
But our friends mentioned it’s all of the family who are in uK
How do we need to cover this now

You have allowed a bit of time, if all the grounds highlighted in previous refusal are properly addressed, the new application should succeed.

Be sincere in the application and provide his details.

Thank you so much for your reply

They asked about the financial ties
Agriculture income of mother and rental income of father related documents and IT returns
Should that be sufficient
Or the bank statements mandatory?
And also if it’s cash transactions do we need to do any additional documentation

Besides financial or economic ties, what of family, social and or historical ties to home country?
If the paperwork and amount of revenues from the stated sources are significant or acceptable as per the CW (note that I have had successful visitor visa for someone with little or no income at time of application).
If there is no paper trail, independently verifiable records of transactions then it didn't happen.

Thank you for your reply

My mother wants to travel alone and my father stays in india
Does it come as family tie

And also we have 6 properties on mother’s and fathers name 3 each

My mother has also agricultural income but paid one time off
Not regular monthly income
My sister is in US and her Husband is ready to show the financial support for my mother trip

No ITR filed and no bank statements

What is the best way to have this stated

It would have been smart to start depositing all income into bank accounts since the last visa refusal. I understand they didn´t do this.

Personally, I would start with that right now, if not for this visa application, then for any future applications down the line.

Also, do you mean they haven´t yet filed income tax for the most recent year or that they simply don´t file income tax returns ever? If the latter, then they might want to start doing that.

Persons outside of the UK/outside the applicant´s country of legal residence can´t sponsor financially.

Do your parents have any travel history to Europe, North America or NZ/Australia?

Hi
Thank you for your response
My parents are into agriculture
As agricultural income is tax free they don’t do any IT filing
They have had travelled to Canada and returned within a month
And also now they have let one of their property which the tenants are depositing the rental income every month
Now this year they are filing the IT because they have earned the rental income
How many months bank statements do the applicants had to generally keep?

According to the official guidance from the UK government, visitors need to provide evidence that they are able to support themselves and any dependents for the duration of their trip. One of the ways to do this is by providing bank statements that show their monthly income and expenses. They should provide bank statements for at least 6 months prior to their application date. The bank statements should not have any large deposits of cash other than their salary. They should also have enough savings to cover their UK trip expenses, which are estimated to be around £100-150 per day per person.

Hi

As mentioned my brothers details were not mentioned due to misinterpretation

And now if we mention does it become a false representation

And what do we need to mention in the cover letter for not disclosing that in previous application and disclosing now in this application
