Skill worker Administrative Review

Post by Mysoul » Wed Apr 05, 2023 1:48 am

Hello everyone
My sister apply for skilled worker visa from outside the uk. Her application was refused on the ground that the IELTS she presented was not recognised by UKVI , she was given 28days administration review. We quickly booked for another ielts and she passed, i have equally assisted her to covert her certificate to get NARIC certificate

If she submit the new ielts result and Naric certificate in the administration review, does she has the chance of being granted visa through administration review? Though she has received a message to come for passport pick up.
Please help.

I don’t think you can submit any new documents /evidence if you go for administrative review which(as name states) usually the right approach a case worker made a mistake. If your sister did provide the wrong IELTS, I don’t think an administrative review is the right way to go about it. How about reapplying for the visa?

Did she apply for an AR or did they just give her time to produce an acceptable IELTS? If it’s the latter, then perhaps she may respond to their email with evidence.
