Hello gurus
I am helping my brother family and would just like to check that when applying as a family for naturalisation can we make a combined application.
The online application form does allow to add more family members.
In the past applications we always have done seperate applications for every applicant but now for naturalisation it has an option to combine and keep adding more family members
Question is this okay or should we do three different applications
All family members have ILR

Correct - as part of the main applicant account - note that every person is still assessed individually whether they meet all the requirements. And every applicant is charged the full fee (no family discount).
In the past applications we always have done seperate applications for every applicant but now for naturalisation it has an option to combine and keep adding more family members
That was in the paper days of course - online makes it possible to submit multiple applications.

Yes as described above - note there is no family or dependent type application
All family members have ILR
Note: the adult application is the AN format, for children registration it's form MN1 (the system will adjust to MN1 for children).

Thankyou
Also I would just like to check that current passport to be scanned fully. But my sister has 4 passports since her entry clearance. Does that mean we need to scan all passport (all pages of passports) to make one book.
One more question she has registered herself self employed in Aug 2022. She has not worked but ofcourse we have added that she is self employed. She will still do her tax return via accountant that nothing has been earned. Now application documents states to submit the tax return from HMRC. She has no past tax return or any employment. How can we or what document to submit or add a letter stating that I am self employed but have had no work

Re. Passport
Only the current one is required covering the 5 years residency period. Not all passports since entry to the Uk.
Re. Self employed
If there’s a nil return available add that and a letter explaining. Not an issue.

Thankyou
One last question. Can one email be used if we are making multiple applications for the same family.
Yes I have managed to create a link for each individual family member
My only question is after submitting application 3 three different applications and they all using same email address.
When we register and book the email address to book a biometrics appointment. Would there be an issue as same email address would have been used to book biometrics for all applicants
Dnt know if I make sense. To sunrise, if an appointment is made using one email address,
Can the same email be used to make another appointment for a different applicant

You can use same email, no issues. The appointment slip will indicate each individual it pertains to.
