Visitor Visa Query - Refused Twice

Post by mohanverma123 » Wed Apr 26, 2023 8:39 pm

Hi,
My mother in law's visit visa has been refused twice once in Jan 23 and then in Feb 23, both for similar financial reasons. She has her own company (sole proprietor) but all her funds has been in her current account rather than her putting aside some funds from her company to her savings account to coincide with the ITR. We since then have transferred the monthly income for Feb 23, March 23 and April 23 which now remains consistent.
Questions is - Is it now safe to apply again after showing three months of regular income?
Also, wife has delivered baby in early april and we want her to come and visit the baby for a month. Do we need to just give a birth registration certificate for the baby or need a letter from GP that wife needs some emotional support from her mum?
Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

For financial evidence from applicant 6months pay slips and corresponding bank statements needed AFAIK.
It may be expedient not making reference to com8ng to take care of baby as this has being interpreted as "coming to work" in the past.
Series of applications over a short period after refusals can also be considered as desperation, however this statement is not to discourage you applying.

It would be helpful to see what the second rejection letter says. You can do that removing any names and other personal details as you did in a previous post.

Since you have made repeated applications in a very short time the next one has to be very well presented and the reasons given in the rejections properly addressed to minimize the chances of another rejection.
