I ended my employment on March 23 with my current company where my Skilled worker VISA was valid till 12\24. As a standard practice, the employer informed the HO immediately after my employment ended. I was told that I would receive a curtailment letter from HO which would specify a period of 60 days between which I need to find a new job and get my sponsorship transferred.
However, it's been almost nearing 50 days that I haven't received any letter. I was also told that the 60-day window will start from the date of receiving the letter.
I want to check with the forum, I am still in the process of finding a job :
1. Do I need to be worried that I have not received the letter?
2. Will I be categorized as overstaying?
3. Shall I contact the HO ?
Kindly suggest

1. Do I need to be worried that I have not received the letter?
No. Curtailment letters can take a couple of months usually to be sent out. As long as HO has your correct contact and address details, nothing to be concerned about.
2. Will I be categorized as overstaying?
No.
3. Shall I contact the HO ?
No.

The period while curtailment letter not received can be used to get another job on sponsorship if the plan is to remain in UK.
