Go with option 1.ABC_321 wrote: ↑Wed May 03, 2023 9:56 pmI am T2 gen VISA holder with
UK Entry clearance stamped on 04-Jul-2018, do you mean this as the day you entered UK and got stamped in at point of entry/UK border OR the day Entry clearance was issued as per vignette on your passport?
BRP end date is 03-Jun-2023
Eligible to apply on 07-Jun-2023 (5 years: 05-Jul-2023 minus 28 days)
I have 3 days of no VISA situation
1. Can I apply for ILR on 2-Jun (pay fee, submit docs) and schedule biometrics on or after 7-Jun-2023?
or
2. Apply for T2 Skilled visa extn (pay fee, submit docs) don't attend biometrics AND also Apply for ILR (pay fee, submit docs on 7-Jun-2023 and go for Biometrics?
3. In the second case will I get my T2 Skilled VISA fee+IHS refunded?
Thanks Zimba. So to be clear understandingzimba wrote: ↑Thu May 04, 2023 9:33 amThe date of entry is irrelevant. Apply early and delay the biometrics: indefinite-leave-to-remain/dependent-el ... l#p2072912
couple of questions on the application
You do not need to enter the gap between entry clearance date and entry to the UK. Home Office does know the rules!ABC_321 wrote: ↑Sat May 06, 2023 4:57 pmHi
while answering the following question
Time spent outside the UK and Crown Dependencies
I added all my absences (it is date of exit, entry, reason)
but can you help me how can I enter for first 9 days i.e. Entry clearance Visa vignette
start date :04-Jul-2018 and the date I entered UK is 13-Jul-2028

Can you help me with following documents asked for on SET O
Current Biometric Residence Permit for Mr. ABC
I have this, yes
Evidence of Mr ABC's immigration status in the UK
what is this? is it BRP again? Yes the BRP will serve the purpose for both.
Your most recent payslip and bank or building society statement. These must be dated no earlier than one calendar month before the date of the application. The statement must show the payment, as shown on the payslip. You should not provide any additional payslips or statements, unless you are currently on maternity, paternity, shared parental or adoption leave.
sorry to be pedantic, just one pay slip (recent one right)? not last 3? Yes, most recent one as said, even reiterated not to provide additional payslips unless.....
Please, you have already been asked not to start a new topic with each question!!
The date relevant to your supporting documents is the date you apply and pay online. Your biometric appointment has nothing to do with this and the date of your documents.1. Letter(s) from employer(s) detailing reasons for work-related absences including periods of paid annual leave from the UK and Crown Dependencies for Mr ABC
2. A document from the sponsor who issued the certificate of sponsorship that led to your last permission to stay as a Tier 2 migrant confirming that you are: still required for the employment in question for the foreseeable future, the nearest applicable SOC code, your current rate of pay, etc.
My HR gave a one page letter covering 1 &2, it is dated 31-May-2023, hope this is ok for 15-Jun-2023 document scanning and it is not old, or Should I ask my HR to re-issue closer to 15-June
You do NOT need the identity card.4. All previous passports, travel documents or national identity cards that you have used to travel to or remain in the UK
I have my passports (no national identity cards), hope this is fine
Same thing. Some people do not have BRP cards, they have stickers in their passports!5. Current Biometric Residence Permit for Mr ABC
got this
6. Evidence of Mr ABC immigration status in the UK
I hope 5 is enough
That is all that is required.7. Most recent payslip and bank or building society statement.
I applied yesterday, so as of yesterday I have may pay slip and may bank statement, showing may pay in, hope this is sufficient
Yes, that is what you paid for. A waste of money in many peoples view as you have no control that it will be done properly and everything will be scanned. Most people scan and upload themselves and even submit as they have control to make sure everything is there. Note that UKCVAS is a third party agent, they are not UKVI staff.Excuse me for a stupid question, better ask, I will. Document Scanning service during Biometrics I paid for , will scan and upload the documents above isn't it
