Ukvi requesting further information from CoS Sponsor

Please could hone be requesting from CoS sponsor? I received below from UKVI application I put in my application:

"The UK Decision Making Centre is currently assessing the application submitted by the above named. We are unable to conclude the application currently as we require additional information from your sponsor"

It's your sponsor that can answer that on what Home Office is requesting of them.

When the sponsor is being asked for further information that usually indicates that there is a concern over some aspect of the details declared on the COS.

As an organisation with sponsorship, they do have a means of contacting the Home Office which they are aware of. Should not be you doing this.

Does the employer need to provide bank statements to UKVI if they are certifying the maintenance fund? E.g bank statements

Please help answer this:

I received email from UKVI that they have requested for further information from my Spomspr but sponsor has not received any request from UKVI.

My sponsor is a new sponsor and they said that the only means to get in touch with UKVI for my application is through sponsor note. Is this correct?

My understanding of sponsor note is that is a means for correcting error on CoS.

I am suppose to start work tomorrow but I am yet to receive my visa.

They can contact the business help desk for advice and help. They have a dedicated number for support they can phone. They have all this information in the approval of sponsor licence and the sms system.

Please i still have heard the decision for my visa and the start date for the employment is passed.
Please does my employer need to add sponsor not the CoS?
