Help - Accommodation requirement

Post by Imransyed295 » Fri May 19, 2023 9:56 pm

I have 3 children who are British nationals and live with me in a 2 bed apartment.
Would this 2 bed apartment be enough for me to apply for my spouse from Pakistan or will I need 3 bedroom apartment?

I think you should be fine if you have two bedrooms in addition to a living room in your house. But it also depends on the size of the house and of each room.

See the definition of overcrowding in the Housing Act 1985.

If I live in a council house, not claiming benefits and paying rent, can I apply for my wife's spouse Visa?
