Valid passport to apply ILR

Hi All
I am planning to apply ILR on basis of spouse british citizenship. My question is can I apply with my current passport validity only 63 days to expire.
Planning to submit application 11/06/2023 and my current passport expires on 15/08/2023.

Please help.

Passport must be valid when you submit the application online
