Skilled Worker Visa Extension Application Help

Hello, I am on Tier 2 General visa and currently going through the extension process. While applying for the extension as a skilled worker with the same employer, the application asks “who else is applying with you?” After filling my spouse and kids information, when I go to the IHS payment page it shows only my details with the message “You don’t have any dependents”. Has anyone faced this kind of issue?

Though I understand separate application forms need to be filled out for my spouse and kid, the above quoted message was a bit contradictory.

Any guidance will be really helpful.

They pay their ihs when they complete their forms separately.
