Visitor Visa for my Indian brother who lives in Saudi Arabia and applying from India

Hi all, Don't know where to post exactly. Please guide me .

My brother lives in Saudi Arabia from last 30 years. However in between he visits India regularly and atleast stay there for 5/6 months. Last year his sent his family to India forever who lives with my mother in India. He is a self employed in India and Saudi Arabia does the same business under a Saudi. He is right now in India and from last 4 months and will go back to Riyadh next month. Now my question is can he apply visitor visa now from India as he is in India now. He got all the income tax proof everything in India. Secondly, my brother told me that he wanted to apply from India as in Saudi Arabia he just get a residence permit and couldn't prove any documents of business. Also, money goes to his account direct cash from his business as there is no tax and people does transaction in cash. If, it is possible to apply from India shall he needs to tells the uk immigration that he lives in saudi as well as a residence visa. or just apply through India's business proof. Very confusing. Can you please suggest and guide me the right way to apply. It would be highly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

He is Indian national so he can apply from India that's not an issue as long as he meets the requirements of Visitor visa.

Hi experts, just one more question. As my brother applying from India as he is a business man. But he is NRI lives in Riyadh on a residence visa. He is applying totally showing the india's business and income tax and bank statement and property information.

My question is does he need to mention that he has a residence visa of Saudi as well and Saudis bank statements etc. Unfortunately, there is no such document only he has residence permit called iqama means working under a Saudi. Rest all transaction happens in cash. Also he put some money every month in Saudi bank cash. Hence, we are not mentioning anything about Riyadh.

Please guide ASAP as we want to apply by next Monday. Do you think the visa officer will think that he is concealing things and this will be a reason for rejection. The honest thing is there is no document proof hence why he solely showing Indian business.

Please please reply. It would be highly appreciated. So, confused about it. Its my elder brother who paid all my expenses from study to till British visa in UK. So, its very important for me.

Your brother doesn't need to talk about Saudi if his Indian biz is self sustaining.

However if the question about which countries he's been to or lived in pop's up, which it usually does. He needs to answer truthfully.
