my brother was under 18 when he got this visa he was in nepal...visa settlement accompanying parent ...which he got issued in 07/03/05 .....it gets expire in 2011 He got this as my father was in british gurkha army .now my dad he is still working in nepal and my mum is with him.
my dad and mum have not eneterd uk since they got this visa ....my brother was studying in australia for last two years he is here in sydney with student visa .Now he wants to go to uk from here on mid december .I am not sure whether he will be able to enter uk without parents as he has this type visa settlement accompanying parent in his visa ...but it does say indefinite leave to enter uk .....and now he is 21 ....i will be helpful if anybody can give me answer to this ...as i have already booked ticket for uk
