ILR

Post by Raanya » Sun Jul 09, 2023 10:46 am

Hi

I am due to apply for my ILR next year in August.
I am currently living in a 3 bedroom house and we applied for my spouse visa on this address only. Due to increase in rents we are planning to downsize. Do we need a extra bedroom apart from the family members already living in. Its me , my husband, my daughter n my mother in law currently living in this house. Is there anything in relation to the number of bedrooms in the house to apply for ILR?

No, the current stated should suffice. Its not explicitly requested for accommodation requirements on ILR.
