Using HSMP visa for official trip - Pls help

I might travel to uk during the second week of january on a official trip. I am planning to use my hsmp visa for the trip. I will be staying there for only 10 days and after i will return back to india. Since the market is not good i am not planning to move to uk in the near future (for the next 5-6 months atleast). I am aware of the fact that I cannot stay out of uk for more than 90 days once i get the entry stamp. I am not sure whether i will be renewing the hsmp visa after 3 years in that case can i come back to india after one week and go back to uk whenever i get a good job opening.

i think you can very well use the visa for your trip. as far as i know the 90days rule is applicable for ILR and that too to claim the continuos 5 years stay.in your case you wont be able to claim your 10days stay in UK.

any ways wait for the senior members comment on this.
