ILR for child born outside UK

Hi,

My query is regarding my daughter’s visa application applying from India.

I and my wife's visa status are ILR(settlement) and currently, we both are in India, our daughter is 7 months old born in India and holds an Indian passport.

Can we apply for a settlement visa outside UK/i,e from India?
what is the form name/set id I,e set O/set F? or Is there any link where I can find the online form?
how long does it take for a visa to be granted?

After carefully scanning through the link you suggested, I happened to come across the application form in the below link which I assume would be the right one(Under Visa type - Non-British child of a parent, parents or relative who are British citizens or settled in the UK). could you please verify the following link and guide me if I can go ahead and fill out the form?
