ILR Set M - time spent in the uk id applying 28 days to 5 year anniversary

Post by mrraj » Tue Jul 18, 2023 3:00 pm

Hi All,

If I apply for SET M, 28 days to my 5 year anniversary of coming to the UK on a spouse visa,

1. what would I fill for time spent in the Uk ? 4 years 11 months ?

2. I plan to apply with super priority, so can I set date for biometrics within this 28 days or wait for a date after 5 year anniversary?

any advice or experiences would be appreciated

thanks

any advice or experiences would be appreciated
