Exempt vignette enquiry

Post by balth » Fri Jul 21, 2023 10:58 am

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if someone who is exempt from immigration control (exempt vignette case, for diplomats etc) can study (full-time/part-time) alongside their main job in the UK (for the assigned period, of course). I know that for all types of visas, it is clear what you can and you cannot do (and it seems that you can study in nearly all the types, e.g skilled worker visa). However, I have not been able to find this information for the exempt vignette case.

Any ideas/clues?

Probably yes, analogous to Exempt Overage dependants holders?
